Away from the beachfront, Trinity Beach is mostly low-set brick homes from the 1980s onward, along with newer homes in the hillside streets. These older unit bathrooms often have tired tiles, corroded fittings and inadequate ventilation.

Renovating in an apartment complex brings extra considerations: body corporate approval, restricted working hours, access via lifts or stairwells, and protecting common areas. We're used to working within these rules and can provide the documentation a body corporate usually asks for.
