Because these homes are on concrete slabs, a straightforward renovation that keeps the existing layout is usually very efficient. Converting a shower-over-bath into a walk-in shower, or enlarging a cramped ensuite shower, is also common — on slab homes it may involve some concrete cutting to relocate drains, which we'll price clearly upfront.
